Where can I have my DJ unit serviced/repaired?

As our highly valuated customer you can get certified repairs via our Authorised Service Network (ASN) existing out of our Authorised Service Centres (ASC) and Authorised Service Dealers (ASD).

The technicians within our service network are fully trained offering years of experience testing/repairing all of our products. If you would like to have your product serviced/repaired after making sure our customer support team cannot offer the desired solution, you can start a repair request so that you can be in contact with one of our ASN members in order to have your problem fixed.

Please be aware that for out of warranty repairs cost will occur for transport and repair as set by our ASC or ASD.
