In case you have been unable to deactivate your license key
- reach out to us via our contact form;
- and provide us with the following information, so our support team can help deactivate your license on our end:
- the email address that you used to activate your license(s);
- Send us a screenshot of your Licenses page on your Pioneer DJ online account showing us the activated license key(s) (rekordbox DJ, DVS, Video) and device(s) under your account:
- Log in to your Pioneer DJ account, go to your Profile, and select Licenses.
