No Output

No sound when using with rekordbox.

1. Is the dedicated driver installed?

The dedicated driver must be installed before using the unit connected with a computer.

As for the supported OS for the driver software, please see the support page.

 

2. Is that dedicate firmware up to date?

 

3. Please make sure to update rekordbox to its latest version.

 

4. Are the unit and computer connected correctly with a USB cable.

The unit and computer must be connected correctly.

*This unit and the dedicated driver software support Hi-Speed USB only.

Check if the computer, USB port and USB cable are compatible with Hi-Speed USB.

 

5. Aren't [Track Gain Adjust] and [Master Output Level Adjust] on rekordbox set to the minimum position?

Adjust them to the appropriate position.

6. Isn't the input selector switch in the mixer section set to [LINE] or [PHONO/LINE]?

Set it to [USB A] or [USB B] by sliding the input selector switch.

 

7. Is [TRIM] set to the correct position? Adjust [TRIM] so that the orange indicator of the channel level indicator lights at the peak level.

 

8. Is [MASTER LEVEL] set to the correct position? Adjust [MASTER LEVEL] so that the orange indicator of the master level indicator lights at the peak level.

 

9. Are terminals or plugs dirty? Wipe any dirt off terminals and plugs before connecting.
