PC/Mac & DJ Software

Even if the DDJ-1000 and the computer are connected using a USB after installing the driver software, it is not recognized.

[For Windows]

Check that "DDJ-1000" is displayed in the "Sound, Video and Game controller" item in the device manager.

If "?" or "!" is displayed, try the following procedure.

  1. Right-click the item where "?" or "!" is displayed, and then click "Delete".
  2. A confirmation screen is displayed. Click "OK" to delete the item.

If "DDJ-1000" is displayed in the "Sound, Video and Game controller" item as well, also delete it using the same procedure.

  1. Disconnect the DDJ-1000 from the computer's USB port.

  Do not connect the DDJ-1000 via USB until the driver software is reinstalled.

  1. Uninstall the driver software and restart the computer.
  2. Reinstall the driver software and then connect the DDJ-1000.

[For Mac]

The driver software may not have been properly installed.

Disconnect the USB cable and uninstall the driver software.

The computer is restarted. Once it has started back up, install the driver software again.
