What is driver software?

Driver software allows you to connect this unit to a computer.

The driver software can be obtained from the support site of the AlphaTheta support page.

Even though I try to install the DDJ-1000 driver software to my Mac computer, I cannot proceed from the first window.
I connected the unit to my computer for the first time using a USB cable, but installation of the driver software was canceled before the device status on the computer became available. How can I reinstall it?

What is driver software?
The message "You need to enter the name and password of the administrator." appears and the driver cannot be installed. (For Mac OS)

With Windows, after I install the driver software and connect the DDJ-1000 and computer via USB, the message "The device driver software was not properly installed" appears.
