1. Are there any issues when using the unit with DJ applications like rekordbox?

This issue is caused by communication between parts of the product and doesn't affect how it works with DJ software. Please use rekordbox or a certified application.

2. Is it OK to use CDJ-3000 units with different firmware versions at the same time?

Please update the product firmware to the latest version on all your CDJ-3000 units as soon as possible.

3. Should I update the firmware if I haven’t experienced any problems so far?

Please update the product firmware to the latest version on all your CDJ-3000 units as soon as possible.

4. How long does a firmware update take?

The update will take a few minutes to complete.
*Please don't turn off the power during the firmware update.

5. If the firmware update fails, can I install the version 3.16 firmware if I have it?

If the firmware update fails and the product starts in Update mode, try updating the firmware again.

6. I'm using this CDJ-3000 with another one that has firmware version 3.16. Should I match the firmware so both are using 3.16?
