If you receive "Unable to retrieve plan information from the server"" error message while trying to activate your rekordbox subscription plan on your device with rekordbox ver. 7, it might help reset your account on rekordbox software.
You’ll be able to reset your account on rekordbox following the steps below:
- Launch rekordbox ver. 7;
- At the top-right corner of your screen, click on the cogwheel to access your Preferences;
- On the upper screen, you will find your user account email. Next, click the triangle mark to display a dropdown menu, and select Switch Account;
- You'll be able to log out of your current account by logging into a different account;
If you don't have a different account, please create one so you can switch to that account - Enter the credentials of your second account (your email address followed by your password), and click Change to validate;
- To log back into the account associated with your subscription, you can just repeat the steps above to switch back to your original account.
- Next, click OK and complete the process.
You can then proceed with activating your rekordbox subscription plan.
