If you request a refund within 14 days of the start of your subscription, we'll refund you via the payment method you used to purchase your subscription.
To receive a refund, you'll need to apply via the MyCommerce website within 14 days of the start of your subscription.
Your access to rekordbox (paid plan) will end within five (5) working days of processing the refund request.
If you request a refund after 14 days from the start of your subscription, you won't be entitled to a refund for any fees you've already paid.
