Subscription Changes and Cancellation

I have been unable to cancel my subscription plan to rekordbox. Can you help?

In case you have been unable to cancel your subscription plan to rekordbox

  1. reach out to us via our contact form;
  2. provide us with the following information, so our support team can help cancel your subscription plan on our end:
  • the email address that was used to activate your subscription;

 

  • copy of the subscription invoice with your order number.

You’ll be able to find it in your email inbox. You should find your subscription confirmation email sent by MyCommerce, our subscription processor.

  • or send us a screenshot of your subscription plan page on your AlphaTheta online account showing us the activated subscription plan (Core, Creative, Professional) and device(s) under your account:
    • Log in to your AlphaTheta account, go to your Profile page, and select Contract plan on the left column under rekordbox;
