You’ll be able to cancel your subscription plan to rekordbox by following the steps below:

• Log in to your AlphaTheta account, go to your Profile page, and select Contract plan on the left column under rekordbox;

• click Cancel plan to initiate the cancellation process;

NB: The Deactivate toggle will only deactivate your computer/device to your current subscription plan. It will not cancel your subscription and you'll continue to be billed as usual. If you want to end your subscription, please make sure you follow the cancellation procedure below.

• On the next page, please help us understand why you decided to cancel your current subscription by filling out a questionnaire. When you are ready, at the bottom of the page click Cancel my subscription to complete, or Back to cancel the process.

After you have cancelled your subscription, you'll still be able to continue using your current subscription until the Expiry Date.

A confirmation mail will be sent to the e-mail address you entered when you started the subscription by MyCommerce, our subscription processor, confirming the cancelled status of your subscription.
