If you receive Error code: 19 while trying to activate your rekordbox license key on your device, it will indicate that the license key has already been activated and is being used by a different account. Please make sure that you activate the license key with the same AlphaTheta account as it has been used the first time.
In case you have been unable to deactivate your license key
- reach out to us via our contact form;
- and provide us with the following information, so our support team can help deactivate your license on our end:

- The email address that was used to activate your license(s);
- The license key (rekordbox dj, dvs, video, etc);
- A photo of the serial number of your DJ unit (found underneath the device);
- Photos of your DJ unit to prove the device ownership;
- or Proof of Purchase (copy of the original invoice).
Once the rekordbox license has been deactivated from its current account, the license will be returned to the server, and it will be able to be activated on a new account.
