1. Are the headphones connected to the [PHONES] jack?

Connect the headphones.

2. Is the [LEVEL] control of [HEADPHONES] set to "-∞"?

Adjust the [LEVEL] control.

3. Is the audio [CUE] button for the channel you want to monitor pressed?

Press the audio [CUE] button for the channel you want to monitor.

4. Is the channel level meter for the channel you want to monitor lit? Adjust the TRIM so that the channel level meter lights.

5. Is the sound volume balance of the [MIXING] control appropriate?

If [CUE] of the channel is selected, set the control to the CUE side; if MASTER [CUE] is selected, set it to the MASTER side or to the center.
