1. Before using the computer, you must first install the dedicated driver software. For details, see "Installing the software" in the operating instructions.

2. The unit and the computer must be connected properly. For details, refer to "Connecting" in the operating instructions. If it is still not connected properly, quit the DJ application, disconnect and reconnect the USB cable, and then start the DJ software again.

Note: The dedicated driver software of the unit is only compatible with USB 2.0. Check that your computer, USB port and USB cable support USB 2.0.
