1. This unit's IP address is assigned automatically by the AutoIP or DHCP function. The computer must also be set so that the IP address is assigned automatically. Some 30 seconds to 1 minute are required from the point LAN recognition starts for the IP address to be set, though this depends on the operating system installed on the computer.
2. In some cases, LINK connections are not possible due to the security software used on the computer and the operating system's firewall settings.
