PRO DJ LINK connections (LAN, Wi-Fi)

The PRO DJ LINK (LAN LINK) function can no longer be used when this unit's power is turned off then back on.

To use the PRO DJ LINK function, connect only this unit and the CDJ-2000/CDJ-900 by LAN cable, without connecting a hub or a router connected to the Internet.

When the power of this unit and the CDJ-2000/CDJ-900 which support PRO DJ LINK is turned on, the DHCP server is searched for. If the DHCP server is not found, unique IP addresses are assigned using the AutoIP function.
Because of this, if a network using a DCHP server is connected while using PRO DJ LINK in an AutoIP environment with no DHCP server, the IP addresses of the DHCP server network rather than those of the AutoIP environment are assigned, making it impossible for the devices to communicate as they had up to that point.
