There are two possible causes.

1. Is the MIDI channel properly set? Set the MIDI channel from the [MIDI] tab in the setting utility.

2. Are the MIDI settings properly set? To operate DJ software with this unit, this unit's MIDI messages must be assigned in your DJ software. For instructions on assigning, see your DJ software's operating instructions.
