This unit carries over the high sound quality technology developed with the Pioneer DJ DJM series.

The analog and digital circuitry are isolated, and after input the analog signals are converted to digital in minimum distance, reducing intrusion of noise. Also, there is a built-in high performance USB sound card (audio interface), so audio signals output from a computer can be input to this unit in their original digital format, with no loss of sound quality. Furthermore, this unit is equipped with a high performance D/A converter, achieving clear, powerful sound quality for not only the master output but even for the booth output.
