The exclusive driver software must be installed in order to use the USB sound card. The driver software is supported on Mac OS X versions v10.6 and later. It is not supported on Mac OS X versions v10.5 and earlier.

Download the latest version of the driver software from the Pioneer DJ support page and install it.
