No Output

No sound is produced when using in combination with Serato DJ.

1. Is the dedicated driver included with the mixer installed?
The dedicated driver software must be installed before using this unit connected to the computer.
Also, the driver software is supported on the operating systems below.
-Windows
Windows XP: 32-bit/64-bit
Windows Vista: 32-bit/64-bit
Windows 7: 32-bit/64-bit
Windows 8: 32-bit/64-bit
-Mac OS
Mac OS X 10.8/10.7/10.6: 32-bit/64-bit

2. Are this unit and the computer properly connected by USB cable?
This unit and the computer must be properly connected.
This unit and the dedicated driver software only support Hi-Speed USB. Check that your computer, the USB port and the USB cable support Hi-Speed USB.
3. Are you using Serato DJ version 1.5.0 or later?
Version 1.5.0 or later of the software is required to use this unit with the Serato DJ software,.
Also, Serato DJ is supported on the operating systems below.

4. Are Track Gain Adjust and Master Output Level Adjust on the Serato DJ software turned fully down?
Adjust them to an appropriate position.

5. Is the mixer’s input selector switch set to [USB DECK]?
Turn the input selector switch and set it to [USB DECK*].
6. Is [TRIM] set to the proper position? Adjust [TRIM] so that the channel level indicator lights up to the orange indicator at the peak level.
7. Is [MASTER LEVEL] set to the proper position? Adjust [MASTER LEVEL] so that the master level indicator lights up to the orange indicator at the peak level.
8. Are terminals and plugs dirty? Wipe any dirt off terminals and plugs before connecting.
