When DJ software is connected, the characters in the track information for MP3, AAC and other files are not displayed properly.

The track information may be in a language not supported by the connected DJ software. Refer to the DJ software’s operating instructions for the range of languages the DJ software supports.
Files in MP3 and AAC format support ID3 tags for embedding track information, so artist names, album names, etc., can be read out from the files and displayed. Files in WAV and AIFF format, on the other hand, do not support ID3 tags, so artist names, album names, etc., cannot be read out from them. To display the track information, the information must first be edited at the “Edit” item. Note that with the Import from iTunes function, the file information in the iTunes library is browsed, so the track information is displayed even for files in WAV and AIFF format.
