Drivers

After installing the driver software, the DJM-900SRT is not recognized when I connect it to my computer’s USB port.

[For Windows]
Check that “DJM-900SRT” is displayed at the “Sound, video and game controller” item in the device manager.
If “?” or “!” is displayed, try the procedure below.
1. Right-click the item where “?” or “!” is displayed, then click “Delete”.
2. A message for confirming the deletion appears. Click “OK” to delete.
If “DJM-900SRT” is displayed at the “Sound, video and game controller” item as well, also delete it using the same procedure.
3. Disconnect the DJM-900SRT from the computer’s USB port.
Do not connect the DJM-900SRT to the USB port until the driver software has been reinstalled.
4. Uninstall the driver software, then restart the computer.
5. Reinstall the driver software, then connect the DJM-900SRT.
[For Mac OS]
The driver software may not have been properly installed.
Disconnect the USB cable, then uninstall the driver software.
The computer is restarted. Once it has started back up, install the driver software again.
