Are the CDJ-2000 and CDJ-900 the only Pioneer products that can be connected with the TRAKTOR series?

No.

In addition to the CDJ-2000 and CDJ-900, the CDJ-400, MEP-7000, and SEP-C1 can also be connected to the TRAKTOR series by USB.

With the conventional control method using the control CD included with TRAKTOR SCRATCH PRO and TRAKTOR SCRATCH DUO, TRAKTOR SCRATCH PRO and TRAKTOR SCRATCH DUO can be controlled with all Pioneer CDJ players.
