We are aware that some of our end-users experience audio volume issues with their iTunes m4a tracks on rekordbox after updating their Windows to the 22H2 OS version.
If you experience audio issues with your m4a tracks, you will be able to solve the issue by re-encoding your m4a tracks into MP3 tracks in iTunes.
How to re-encode your m4a tracks using iTunes
- Open iTunes > Edit > Preferences > General tab;
- Select MP3 Encoder;
- Select Higher Quality (192 kbps);
- Select your track or group of tracks > File > Convert > Create MP3 Version
