The problem may be caused by one of the following:
1. An obstacle is blocking radio waves between the unit and the Bluetooth device.
-> If there are walls etc. between the unit and the device, communication will be affected. Move the unit and the connected Bluetooth device close to each other so the sound isn't interrupted.
2. The load on the Bluetooth device is too heavy.
-> Close applications you're not using on the Bluetooth device to reduce load. If you use a Bluetooth device such as a mobile device, tablet, or laptop and it's running multiple applications, the load on the device will be heavy.
3. Electromagnetic waves from a microwave oven etc.
-> Do not use equipment such as a microwave oven, wireless LAN router, or cordless phone near the unit. If they're used nearby, they may interfere with Bluetooth communication.
4. The application you're using.
Depending on the app you're using, the sound may be cut off when you turn on/off the mobile device screen. If this happens, try another application or change the settings so the mobile device screen doesn't turn off.
5. The unit is using Wi-Fi at the same time.
Signal interference may occur when using Bluetooth and wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) at the same time. Turn wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) off or set [Wi-Fi Frequency] in the Utility settings to [5GHz (Recommended)].
For details on settings, see [Utility settings] in [Settings] in the Instruction Manual.
