The problem may be one of the following:

1. The Bluetooth function on the Bluetooth device is not turned on.

-> Turn on the Bluetooth function on the device.

2. The unit and the Bluetooth device are unpaired.

-> You need to pair the unit and the Bluetooth device.

3. The unit is connected to the last connected device.

-> If you turn on [Bluetooth], the unit is automatically connected to the last connected device.

If you want to use another Bluetooth device, you'll need to pair it with the unit.

4. The surrounding environment affects the connection.

-> Check that there are no nearby devices (microwave ovens, wireless devices, etc.) that generate electromagnetic waves in 2.4 GHz band, or obstacles that block radio waves.

Move the unit closer to the Bluetooth device (within 20 m).
