The OPUS-QUAD might not be not properly connected, or rekordbox for Mac/Windows or your operating system might not be able to recognize the unit as an All-In-One DJ System.

■ OPUS-QUAD

Connect the unit using the following sequence:

1. Connect the OPUS-QUAD to your PC/Mac using the USB cable.

2. Press the [SOURCE] button, then select [SOFTWARE CONTROL].

3. Press the LOAD 1/3 and LOAD 2/4 buttons.

4. Start your rekordbox.

If this doesn't improve the connection, try the following:

■ Others

You might solve the issue by doing the following:

- Disconnect any USB hubs and connect the unit directly to your PC/Mac.

- Disconnect any other USB devices.

- Quit all other applications.

- Connect the unit to a different USB port.
