When connecting to a PC/Mac, will sound quality or performance of the unit be improved if I connect a USB power adapter or mobile battery to the USB port (for power supply)?

There's no need to connect a USB power adapter or mobile battery to the USB port (for power supply) when a PC/Mac is connected to the unit. It won't improve sound quality or unit performance.
