VOLUME control

There are three controls to adjust the volume: TRIM, channel fader, and MASTER LEVEL. What's the difference?

■ TRIM adjusts the volume of the audio coming into the channel from the deck of the DJ application.
In general, it’s best to set it at the center (12 o'clock) and adjust if there’s a difference in the volume of each track.
■The channel fader adjusts the volume of the audio going out of the channel.
Normally, for the channel you’re playing, you’ll set it at the top position. For the channel you’re preparing to play next, you’ll set it at the bottom. When you're mixing two tracks, slide the channel faders up and down.
*When you're using the crossfader to mix, set both channel faders at the top.
■MASTER LEVEL control adjusts the final volume level going out of the unit to speakers etc.
Once you’ve set it to a level you’re happy with, it’s unlikely you’ll need to change it during your performance.
